摘要
在社会各界呼吁诚信建设的紧迫性时 ,从信用保障的角度 ,探讨了资本在信用建设中的重要作用。提出了如何提高企业与银行等社会主体的资本积累能力 ,提高资本运行效率以及规范企业、个人。
From the perspective of credit assurance,a discussion is made on the important role of capital in credit construction.A series of strategies are suggested on how to enhance capital-accumulating capacity of such social subjects as enterprises and banks,how to improve capital operation,and how to standardize the credit behaviours of enterprises,individual persons,banks,and governments.
