摘要
在现代社会，政府信用是社会信用体系的核心，是社会信用发展的良性基础 ，具有非常重要的意义和作用。当 前由于诸多原因，造成我国政府信用的缺失，出 现政府信用危机，严重影响各级政府行政权力的正常运行。为此，必须加 强政府及其 公务人员的诚信教育，坚持依法行政，增强政府信用，提升政府形象，建构诚信政府。
In modern society, government credit is the core of social credit sys tem and the base of social credit development, so it has great importance and significance. Owing to various reasons at present , there appears a shortage of government credit, which puts a heavy impact on the normal operation of admi nistrative power. It is high time , therefore , that we placed faith education on government and public officers , insisted on carrying out lawful administrati on, strengchend government trust, hoisted the image of governments and built up government credit .
