摘要
研制了一种硅铝胶负载氟活性组分的固体酸烷基化催化剂,考察了反应温度、反应时间、催化剂活性组分含量、载体硅铝比等因素对催化剂性能的影响,在适宜的条件下,用此催化剂可使烯烃转化率达90%以上,2-烷基苯的选择性大于20%。
Solid acid as alkylation catalysts using fluorine as active component supported on silica-alumina gel was developed . The effects of reaction conditions including reaction temperature, reaction time, content of active components in catalyst and mass ratio of silica to alumina on the conversion of olefin were examined. Under optimum conditions , the conversion of olefin is over 90 % , the selectivity of 2-alkyl benzene is over 20 % .
