摘要
本实验应用骨间前神经转位与鱼际肌支或尺神经深支缝合修复手内肌功能。实验选用恒河猴12只,将48根神经平场分为转位组和直接缝合组。分别于术后1、3、6、12月进行大体、组织学、电生理学及计算机图像分析等观察。结果表明:转位修复12个月后,其远端再生神经纤维数量及成熟度接近正常。其中,有髓纤维通过率达156.16±14.45%。肌电图、运动神经传导速度等基本恢复。手内肌营养及功能明显改善。上述结果较直接缝合组早1~3月。
An anterior interosseous nerve wes transferee! to the recurrent branch of the median nerve and deep branch of the ulnar nerve respectively to restore the function of the intrinsic hand muscles. Twelve Rhesus monkeys were used in the experiment with 24 nerves for transfere nce and 24 for direct suturing. Gross, histological, and ultrastructural observations, electrophysiological evaluation and computer-imaging analysis system were employed to assess the nerve regeneration process in 1, 3, 6 and 12 months postoperatively. the results showed that the rate of maturty and the number of regenerating nerves in the distal segment approached the normal level and the passing rate of the myelinated axons reached to 156,16+14.45% 12 months after operation. According to the histological findings and the recovery of the intrinsic hand muscle function, the reinnervation in the transfered nerves occurred 1 to 3 months earlier than that in the direct sutured ones.
