摘要
信息技术和互联网是科学技术及其研究开发的产物,他们对经济和社会发展的影响是强烈而深远的。在网络信息时代,图书馆生存发展的唯一机遇在于变革,而变革的核心在于创新。我国图书馆管理主要体现在以下几方面:知识管理步入图书馆核心阵地、图书馆的管理理念发生改变即创新理论成为图书馆研究的核心、图书馆管理流程上的随机应变、组织创新成为管理创新的重要组成部分、图书馆管理创新的目标围绕图书馆核心竞争力的提高而更新。
The information technology and Internet has a profound influence on the development of modern society and economy. In the net age, the only way for the library survival is in the change and the core of the change is innovation. In my opinion, through the following ways, the library can attain the innovation: knowledge management is the first important; the change of the library theory, innovative theory, is becoming the key of library research; the library management flow is changing accordingly; the organization innovation is the important part of the library management innovation; and the goal of the library management innovation is to improve its core competition.
