胶质瘤树突状细胞疫苗研究进展
Advances of dendritic cell vaccines in glioma
摘要
树突状细胞 (DC)在抗原的提呈、识别及激活T细胞发挥抗肿瘤免疫方面有重要作用 ,以DC为基础的胶质瘤免疫治疗已成为临床生物治疗中的重要一员。现就胶质瘤DC疫苗的来源、类型、免疫方法、临床应用。
