摘要
了解四川省目前大型医疗设备的配置、管理现况和使用效率 ,为更有效的配置资源提供参考依据。采用信访法调查全省县级及县级以上的医疗单位的 8种大型医疗设备。大型医疗设备主要配置在二级和三级医院 ,大部分是CT ,其它 7种较少 ;4 0 7%的CT来自转让或二手 ,70 0 %的CT使用效果好 ,16 2 %的设备检查收入返还诊疗科室。配置基本合理 ,转让或二手设备的使用效果差 ,维修费高 ,设备的使用中有经济因素的影响 。
The Objects of this study are to make clear the distribution,management and efficiency of large medical equipments in Sichuan,and to make suggestions on rational resources distribution.Methods:Investigated the eight large medical equipments of all the hospitals in cities or counties of Sichuan in letter interview method.Results:Most ofr the large medical equipments are in B level and C level hospitals.Most of them are CT.40.7 percent of CT are second handed.70.0 percent of CT are in good condition.CT whose benefits are withdrawn to units of diagnosis is 16.2 percent.Conclusions:health resource distribution is rational in general.The effect of second handed CT is bad and the cost of repair is expensive.The utilization is effected by economical factors.Measures should be taken to strengthen the management of allocation.
