摘要
大型滚镀锌生产线不间断连续生产 ,各种杂质在生产操作、药物补加、电解等过程中不断积累增加 ,达到一定程度 ,镀液只得“翻缸” ,造成很大经济损失。经过对某一大型滚镀锌生产线上“翻缸”的电镀综合故障排除 ,详述了故障的查找和排除的全过程 ,并提出了加强现场生产管理、延长生产周期的措施和提高灯头镀锌质量的工艺改进方法。
For uninterrupted production of large roll zinc plating product line, various impurities will increase to some extent through continual accumulation during the process of production operation, addition of chemical and electrolysis, so that the bath must be replaced and result in a big loss. Direct towards a certain accident in the plating product line, the trouble investigation and disposal process were demonstrated, and then an improvement means was put forward to strengthen the local management, prolong production cycle and enhance the product quality.
