摘要
目的 探讨结肠癌急性梗阻行急诊一期手术的方法及并发症的预防。方法 对 32例结肠癌急性梗阻病人行急诊一期切除吻合术 ,术中充分肠减压使肠道空虚 ,吻合口单层缝合。结果 切口感染 3例 ,其中 1例切口裂开 ,未发生吻合口漏。结论 结肠癌急性梗阻 ,掌握正确的手术指征和方法 ,急诊一期切除吻合术安全可行。
Objective To discuss operation technique for treating acute intestine obstruction caused by colon cancer using emergent resection and the preventability of complications.Methods 32 cases were performed emergent one-stage resection and anastomosis.During the operation,we decompressed thoroughly the intestine obstruction and made the anastomose outlet free and smooth by single layer stitch.Results 3 cases got incision infection,and 1 case had incision rupture but no anastomose leakage.Conclusion Emergent one-stage resection and anastomosis for acute intestine obstruction caused by colon cancer are safe and feasible provide right indications and methods are used.
