摘要
目的 :比较当归头、身、尾的鞣质含量。方法 :采用分光光度法测定当归头、身、尾的鞣质含量 ,在碱性条件下加Folin试剂显色 ,于 730nm处测定吸光度 ,以没食子酸为标准计算样品中鞣质含量。结果 :标准曲线的r =0 9992 ,平均回收率为98 8% ,RSD =2 76%。结论 :该方法结果可靠 。
Objective:Compare the tannic contents of Tangkuei head,body and tail.Method:Use spectrophotometry to test the tannic contents of Tangkuei head,body and tail,make color by adding Folin reagent at alkaline state,measure adsorbance at 730mm,take gallic acid as standard in calculating the tannic contents of sample.Result:For the standard curve,r=0 99992,the average rate of recovery is 98 8%,RSD=2 76%.Conclusion:The method has reliable result and can be used to test the tannic contents of Tangkuei.
