摘要
分析了目前我国食用植物油质量安全存在的隐患及原因,从油料作物的种植、储藏、加工运输、社会管理体系和消费者自我保护意识等方面详细探讨了我国食用植物油质量安全的对策。
The potential dangers and causes in vegetable oils security were analyzed, and the countermeasures to raise domestic standard of quality safety in vegetable oils were discussed,including planting,storage,process,transport,social management system and self protection of consumers and so on.
