摘要
锆铪是核反应堆重要防护和控制材料。用N_(235)萃取分离锆铪工艺已有报导,工业上反萃取,通常采用氨水和碳酸氢铵,效果虽好,但与农业争化肥且成本较高。本实验采用硫酸做反萃取剂,探讨硫酸浓度对萃取锆的影响;萃取和反萃取过程中乳化成因和防止办法。采用此法可节约大量化肥,减少工序,使锆铪生产成本下降,并能消除乳化,获得合格的原子能级锆,为工业生产锆铪提供依据。
This article describes a rearch based on the choice of antiextractant,mini-test of extraction,middletest, expending test and circulatory action of extractant.When Zr and Hf were separated by N_(235) extraction, an inqury was made into the cause of emulsion and its method of elimination. If this method be used for anti-extraction,we can economize a lot of fertilizer,quality of Hf as high as atomic energy qrade one, can be obtained.It recluces 20% cost of Hf and Zr. This article provides the basis for producting Hf, Zr in industry.
