摘要
精校机液压伺服系统是精校机的执行环节 ,是保证校直精度的关键。文章根据现代控制理论 ,在分析精校机工作特性的基础上 ,建立了精校机电液位置伺服系统的状态空间模型 ,设计了精校机电液位置伺服系统的二次型最优控制。仿真结果表明 ,系统具有良好的动态品质和跟踪性能。
The electro-hydraulic position servo system of the precise straightening machine is the executive body and is the essential condition to realize straightening technics. According to the theory of modern control, based on analyzing working character of precise straightening machine, this paper established the state space modal of the electro-hydraulic position servo system and designed the quadratic optimal control of the system. The results of simulation showed that the system have better dynamic character and track capability.
