摘要
放顶煤开采煤炭回收率的高低是关系到能否推广这种采煤方法的关键技术。从上覆岩层运动的角度出发,阐述了顶煤的变形规律,进而运用散体相似模拟试验研究了不同顶煤和直接顶块度对顶煤放出率的影响。研究结果表明,当直接顶块度、高度一定时,顶煤的块度越小,顶煤放出率越高,而当顶煤块度和直接顶高度一定时,直接顶的块度越大,顶煤放出率越高。根据研究结果,可以有针对性地提出提高顶煤放出率的技术措施。
A high or low coal recovery rate of the top coal caving mining is related to the key technology of the coal mining method to be widely applied. The paper studied the different top coal size and direct roof size influenced to the top coal caving production rate with bulk simulation test. The test results showed that when the direct roof size and height of the direct roof are certain, the more small size of the top coal there will be the higher of the caving coal production rate and the large size of the direct roof there will be higher of the caving coal production rate.
