摘要
从银杏 (GinkgobilobaL .)树叶中分离得到一株内生真菌EG4 ,经鉴定为刺盘孢Colle totrichumsp .。应用薄层层析、显色反应及分光光度法对该菌的发酵产物进行了初步分析 。
An endophytic fungus, Colletotrichum sp. (EG4) was isolated from the leaves of Ginkgo biloba L. and the flavone like products in the culture liquid of this fungus were analysed by thin layer chromatography, colour reaction and spectrophotometry.
