西维来司钠治疗急性肺损伤研究现状 被引量：7

摘要 目的 对西维来司钠(sivelestat sodium hydrate,ONO-5046·Na,化学名称为N-[2-[4-(2,2-dimethylpropionyloxy)phenylsulfonyl-amino]aminoacetic acid],商品名Elaspol)治疗急性肺损伤,特别是对全身性炎症反应综合征(system inflammatory reaction syndrome,SIRS)并发的急性肺损伤,以及由于急性肺损伤导致的呼吸窘迫综合征的机制、对SARS的可能作用进行总结和分析。方法综合文献资料,进行分析和归纳。结果与结论 西维来司钠可以通过选择性抑制弹性蛋白酶活性,发挥保护肺组织、改善呼吸功能的作用。有可能在对症治疗SARS中发挥一定作用。
