摘要
为了观察一种二元包装固体二氧化氯杀菌性能。在实验室进行了悬液和载体定量杀菌试验。结果,含10.96,mg/L和27.40mg/L二氧化氯对悬液内金黄色葡萄球菌和白色念珠菌作用5min,平均杀灭率分别为99.98%和99.99%;以21.92mg/L和548mg/L二氧化氯分别对悬液内和载体上枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢作用10min,平均杀灭率达到99.99%和100%。该活化二氧化氯消毒剂以二元包装置56℃贮存14d,二氧化氯含量未有明显下降。
In order to observe the germicidal performance of a solid chlorine dioxide in binary packing, suspension and carrier quantitative germicidal tests were carried out in laboratory. The results showed that the solution containing chlorine dioxide 10.96 mg / L and 27.40 mg / L with a 5 min contact time killed 99.98% in average of Staphylococcus aureus and 99.99% in average of Candida albicans in suspension respectively. The average killing rates of spores of Bacillus subtilis var. niger in suspension exposed to the solution containing chlorine dioxide 21.92 mg / L and the spores exposed to the solution containing chlorine dioxide 548mg/L for 10 min attained 99.99% and 100% respectively. The chlorine dioxide content of the stock solu- tion of this activated chlorine dioxide disinfectant did not decrease significantly after storing at 56C for 14 days.
