摘要
基于近红外检测技术 ,研制了近红外成分含量分析仪。该仪器的工作波段在1 1 0 0~ 1 70 0nm ,可以对样品进行定性和定量分析 ,检测过程快速、高效、环保 ,它不仅可以应用于实验室分析 ,而且适用于现场快速检测和实时在线分析 ,本文对仪器的结构、组成及性能进行阐述 。
A near infrared analyzer of components’concentrations based on Near infrared spectroscopy analysis technique is designed.The spectral range of instrument is between 1100 and 1700nm.It provides models and qualitative/quantitative analysis of samples.The process of measuring is rapid,efficient,environmental friendly.It’s not only chosen for laboratory analysis but also in field measurement and real time online analysis.The structure and performance of the instrument is described,and experimental results are presented to verify the stability and accuracy of the system.
