摘要
本文报告创伤性膈疝30例,其中开放性损伤5例;闭合性损伤24例;医源性损伤1例。本组中有1例罕见的心包内膈疝。伤后至入院时间为1小时到30年。通过对其发生机理、诊断和治疗进行分析,作者认为延误诊断和并发多脏器损伤是影响死亡率的两个主要因素。
Thirty patients with traumatic diaphragmatic hernia are reported in this paper. Among these patients, 5 were suffering from stab wounds, 24 cases blunt injuries and 1 iatro-genic penetration of the diaphragm. This series includes one of the rarest type of herniation—— herniation into the pericardium. The time of admission to the hospital after trauma was 1 hour to 30 years. By analysing the mechanism, diagnosis and treatment of the disease, the authors point out that two major factors correlated with the mortality are: (1) delay in diagnosis: (2) association with multiple serious injuries.
