摘要
用八甲基环四硅氧烷、乙烯基环四硅氧烷、三氟乙酸丙烯酯共同对苯丙乳液进行改性,确定了适宜的改性单体加入量及有机硅/氟配比.乳液的红外光谱显示,得到了有机硅/氟改性苯丙乳液.研究了有机硅、氟的加入量对聚合体系稳定性、乳液涂膜性能、反应速度的影响.结果表明,随着改性单体含量的增加,反应速度有所降低;当控制体系中改性单体质量分数≤15%时,八甲基环四硅氧烷、乙烯基环四硅氧烷、三氟乙酸丙烯酯配比对乳液稳定性没有影响.
Octamethylcyclotetrasiloxane,tetravinylcyclotetrasiloxane and allytrifluoroacetate were employed to modify styrene-acrylate emulsion.Appropriate amount of monomers and the ratio of fluorine and silicon in monomers were determined.The IR spectrum of emulsion showed that the modified emulsion had been obtained.Effects of the amount of fluorine and silicon on stability of system,properties of coating film and reaction rate were then investigated.The result showed that the reaction rate decreased with the amount of modified monomers increasing;when the content of modified monomer in system was limited within 15wt%,the ratio of octamethylcyclotetrasiloxane,tetravinylcyclotetrasiloxane and allytrifluoroacetate had no effect on the stability of emulsion.
