摘要
简述了国内外纸盒设计的现状与发展趋势,修正了纸盒盒片结构尺寸的计算式,提出了胶粘式、插入式、锁底式折叠纸盒的设计原则;编写了折叠纸盒结构ZHCAD软件及盒片图形库,可方便地选择、组合、设计纸盒结构盒片图,优化排料。绘制模切排料图,印版、背衬加工轮廓图,保证了精度,为纸盒CAM提供了必要条件,而且便于实现纸盒包装自动化。
This paper reviews the status of the carton design both at home and abroad and its tendency in future. Then it modifies the computing formula for the size-structure of unfolded box, gives out the design principle of the glue close style, insert close style and automatic fold bottom close style. And finally, the software CAD and pack TWO-DIMENSIONAL DRAWING has been given.
