摘要
20世纪80年代中期以来的中国农村,微观经济组织的制度创新层出不穷,特别是以农业产业化经营为依托的组织变革引人注目。但随着时间的推移,已有的组织创新也日益显现出它的制度局限性。为此,以农民为主体,以“民办、民管、民受益”为基本原则的农村合作经济组织的创新,将是未来中国农村微观经济组织制度创新的基本目标取向,为此应加强政府的引导、规范与支持,并促进政府职能的转换与优化。
Since mid-1980s, in Chinese rural areas, system innovation of rural micro economy organization has appeared one by one, organizational change depending on agriculturd industrial management has attracted attention especially. But as time goes on, former organization innovation demonstrates limitation more and more obviously. Therefore, innovation of rural cooperative economy organization relying on the main part of peasants and the basic principles of 'form by peasants, administrated by peasants, profit for peasants', will be the destination of system innovation of Chinese micro economy organization. We must strengthen the government guidance, supervision and support to promote the transformation and optimization of governmental functions.
