摘要
分析了无底柱分段崩落法大间距结构参数间的关系 ,提出了无底柱分段崩落法放出体的空间排列形式 ,建立了数学模型 ,进行了实验室实验和工业试验 ,确定了分段高度、进路间距取值条件和大间距条件下合理崩矿步距的取值范围。通过实践验证了大间距结构参数开采能够大量减少采准工程量、降低采矿成本、提高设备利用率和采矿强度 。
The relationship between the large space structure parameters of the sill pillar free sublevel caving method was analyzed and the arrangement mode of the body drawn out of the sill pillar free sublevel caving method was put forward.The mathematic model was established,the tests in laboratory and industrial tests were carried out,and the sublevel height、value getting conditions of approach space and value getting range of reasonable caving step under large space condition were determined.The practice showed that the mining using large space structure parameters may greatly reduce development engineering amount,decrease mining costs and increase equipment utilization and mining strength.It is the development trend of the sill pillar free sublevel caving method.
