摘要
目的 通过分析摇椅弓在结扎入槽牙位不同情况下施予磨牙和切牙力系的变化 ,从力系水平探讨摇椅弓的灵活运用。方法 采用有限元分析软件建立摇椅弓的三维有限元模型 ,用非线性分析法分析其在不同情况下施予切牙和磨牙的力系统。结果 随着磨牙和切牙间结扎入槽牙数的减少 ,切牙所受压低力减小 ;磨牙由受压低力转而受升高力 ;磨牙所受远中倾斜力矩增大 ;切牙和磨牙所受的唇颊舌向力方向、大小变化不大。结论 从力系水平看 ,摇椅弓既可用于深覆牙合的矫治也可用于开牙合的治疗。
Objective To investigate the usage of 'rocking-chair' archwire at the level of force-system.Methods The three-dimensional finite element model of rocking-chair archwire was set up,and nonlinear method was used to analysis the force system of molars and incisors in different condition.Results Along with the ligature teeth between molar and incisor reduced,the intrusive force in incisors decreased,molars turn to extrude and the distal-tip moment increased also.The force in labial-lingual direction didn't change significantly.Conclusion At the force-system level,“rocking-chair” archwire can be used in correcting not only deep bite but also open bite.
