摘要
本文应用全血化学发光法(Chemiluminescenec,CL)测定55例不同类型冠心病(CHD)患者及32例相应年龄的正常人外周血多形核粒细胞(Polymorphonuclear leukocyte,PMN)产生氧自由基(Oxygen Free Radical,OFR)的变化。结果表明,不同类型CHD患者,急性心肌梗塞(AMI)组全血CL的本底、峰值、积分、吞噬指数不仅高于陈旧性心肌梗塞(OMI)组(0.001<P<0.05),也明显高于心绞痛(Angina Pectoris,AP)组及正常人组(P<0.01,0.001)。结果表明:PMN产生的OFR的强弱与CHD类型有密切关系。
Using whool blood chemiluminescence (CL) technics, oxygen free radical (OFR) changes of polymrphonuclear leukocyte (PMN) was detected in 55 cases of coronary heart disease (CHD) of different types and 32 cases of age-matched normal subjects. It was showed that, in CHD patients of different types: CL back-ground, peak-value, intergral and phargocytic index in AMI group is not only higher than that in OMI group (0.001<P<0.05), but also higher than that in angena pectoris (AP) group and normal contral group (P<0.01, 0.001). The results indicated that OFR produced by PMN was related to CHD types.
