摘要
目的 探讨护士在根管治疗术中四手操作的配合要点。方法 12 6例急性牙髓炎、慢性根尖周炎患者接受根管治疗术 ,采用四手操作 ,护理配合包括安排患者、准备治疗用品、调配材料、传递和回收器械、及时吸除口内唾液、水和废屑等。 结果 所有患牙经根管治疗后X线片显示为恰充 ,无严重术后并发症。结论 护士应具备丰富的专业知识 ,熟悉操作程序 ,才能迅速。
Objective To study the main points of four-handed dentistry nursing in the root canal therapy. Methods 126 patients suffering from acute pulpitis or chronic periapical periodontitis received root canal therapy, four-handed dentistry was adopted. The main contents of nursing included patients arrangements, preparations for therapeutic articles and dental materials, delivery and collection of instruments anddrawing water, saliva and waste scraps out of patients'mouth.Results All of involved teeth showed exact root canal filling by X-ray examination after root canal therapy. No severe complications were found.Conclusion The nurses should hold plentiful professional knowledge and know operation procedure well in order to promptly and accurately coordinate dentists to complete the therapy.[
