摘要
目的 用99TcmO4-动态显像定量分析评价腮腺的分泌排泄功能。方法 给予 2 4例干燥综合征患者和正常对照组 44例健康者静脉注射显像剂99TcmO4-,15min后和口含VitC片 0 .2g 5min后分别摄取腮腺左侧位和右侧位相 ,将所得的图像通过计算机感兴趣区 (ROI)摄取计数处理 ,以 15min腮腺的总计数减去含VitC后的残余计数再除以 15min的总计数并得到其排泄率 (用百分率表示 )进行功能性分析。结果 2 4例干燥综合征组腮腺排泄率有不同程度减低。其中轻度减低 2例 ,中度减低 7例和明显减低 15例 ,范围 ( 4.15± 3 .5 5 ) %。对照组 44例腮腺排泄率为 ( 41.2± 15 .9) %。两组比较有显著差异性P <0 .0 0 1(t =14 .6)。表明病变组腮腺排泄率明显低于对照组。结论 腮腺99TcmO4-动态显像定量分析 ,较准确地反映腮腺的功能状态 ,具有较高的临床实用价值。
Objective To evaluate secretion and excretion function of parotid with the quantitative analysis of 99 Tc mO 4 -dynamic imaging. Methods Twenty four patients who suffered from Sjogren's syndrom (SS) and 44 healthy persons (the control group) were intravenously injected of 185 MBq 99 Tc mO 4 -. The left lateral and right lateral images of parotid were acquired 15 minutes after the injection of 99 Tc mO 4 -, and 5 minutes after taking 0.2 g Vitamin C tablet under tongue. The absorbed counts of the regions of interest (ROI) of parotids were measured. The excretion rate was (A-B)/A ×100%(A: the absorb counts of parotids at 15th minute; B: the residual counts after taking Vitamin C). Results The parotid excretion rate of 24 patients and 44 healthy persons were (4.15±3.55)% and (41.2±15.9)%, respectively. The difference between them was significant with P <0.001 ( t =14.6). Conclusion The quantitative analysis of parotid function with 99 Tc mO 4 - dynamic imaging can accurately reflect the function of parotid, so its clinical practical value is fairly high.
