摘要
针对当今我国农业存在的问题,分析了农业合作社的特点和优势;并探讨了建立农业合作社的可行性,以及通过立法来保障农业合作社组织发挥优势的必要性。
In this article, aims at the problems in our agriculture, the characteristics and advantages of agriculture cooperation are discussed, the feasibility of establishing agriculture cooperation and the need of ensuring its advantages by lawmaking in our county are developed. [
