摘要
为解决一年两熟区小麦免耕播种作业的技术难题,提出了小麦对行免耕播种的思想;设计了2BMD-12型小麦对行免耕播种机,在玉米行间播种小麦,避开玉米秸秆和根茬。采用了新型高效的带状粉碎防堵机构,防堵性能优良。田间性能试验表明:2BMD-12型小麦对行免耕播种机在玉米直立秸秆和大量秸秆覆盖下,如能实现对行,可以顺利进行播种作业,满足作业质量和作物高产对施肥量的要求,适合我国中小地块、中小功率的特点。
A new-concept of no-till wheat planter, named 2BMD-12 no-till row-follow wheat planter, was developped to solve an extremely important problem ie zero tillage planting of wheat in narrow row spacings(150-200mm) between rows of very high levels of full length, standing maize residue in a one pass double cropping situation. A powered rotary strip-chopping unit was placed forward of each single row of planter tines to ensure that the above-ground section of the planter tines is kept free from residue blockage. Field performance test of the mahine demonstrated its capacity to work effectively for much of the time under more difficult residue conditions than most other planters could tolerate especially when it follows well between the standing maize stubble rows. The planter can apply enough amount of fertilizer, seperated vertically from seeds, in the same run of seeding. It could be a good choice for small-scaled Chinese farms using middle to small tractors and applying large amount of fertilizer for high yield. But when the machine couldn't follow the rows or row spacings of maize are not matched, some blockage might occurre. Power requirement was considered greater than that of earlier developped machine.
