摘要
建立社会主义法治国家,突出立法、执法的人文关怀是法治建设的更高境界,是国家管理水平和国民素质提高的标志。警察执法是国家执法的重要方面。警察要在刑事执法、行政执法、各种便民服务措施中充分体现人文关怀,变管理为服务,融服务于执法之中,切实实现“立警为公,执法为民”的目标。
Establishing of law state, expressing caring of humanism in legislation and law enforcement is a more important goal in law establishment. Its also a symbol of enhancement of state administrative level and quality of citizens. Police officers?law enforcement is of great significance. They should fully express caring of humanism in law enforcement, change policing administration to service, blend service with law enforcement and really realize the target of executing the law for the people.
