摘要
肉瘤样癌可以发生在全身许多器官,多见于上呼吸道、食管、喉、口腔和膀胱等处。发生于宫颈的肉瘤样癌罕见,迄今为止国外文献共有19例报道。本例患者女性,65岁,因阴道内肿物脱出1个月伴有少量出血入院。患者在我院行全子宫切除和盆腔淋巴结清扫术,术后病理诊断为子宫颈肉瘤样癌。患者术后行疗,随访已18个月,无复发和转移。
Sarcomatoid carcinomas can occur in many organs throughout the body,most commonly in the up-per respiratory tract,esophagus,throat,mouth and bladder.Sarcomatoid carcinoma of the cervix is rare and 19 cases have been reported so far.In this case,a 65-year-old woman was admitted to the hospital with a small amount of bleeding 1 month after vaginal mass prolapse.The patient under-went total hysterectomy and pelvic lymph node dissection in our hospital,and the postoperative pathological diagnosis was sarcomatoid carcinoma of the cervix.The patient underwent postopera-tive chemotherapy and was followed up for 18 months without recurrence or metastasis.
