摘要
骨缺损是骨性疾病造成的危害较大的临床表观,填补及修复骨缺损是临床应用难题,故研究骨生物材料是治疗骨缺损的基础性研究,通过论述不同骨材料的研究进展,为目前骨缺损的修复提供进一步的临床思维和研究方向。
Bone defects are the clinical appearance of great harm caused by bone diseases, and filling and re-pairing bone defects is a difficult problem in clinical application. Therefore, the study of bone bio-materials is the basic research for the treatment of bone defects. By discussing the research pro-gress of different bone materials, further clinical thinking and research direction for the repair of bone defects are provided.
