童趣化情境干预下多功能新型防护眼罩在儿童眼科手术术后护理的应用

摘要 随着科技的发展与创新,当今儿童与电子产品接触愈加频繁的同时,儿童的眼科问题也逐渐加剧,儿童眼科手术率也在逐年上升,由于患儿年龄较小、理解力和接受力差,再加上对于手术缺乏正确的认识与了解,导致儿童围术期不免产生焦虑、恐惧等应激心理。同时,围术期眼部不适、环境陌生,再加上用眼不便等,使得患儿家属对护理提出更高的要求。因此,加强患儿的接受承担,减少术后不良心理和不良事件对降低术后并发症和提高预后效果具有重要意义。而在当今市场和医院所用的术后防护眼罩远远达不到相应要求,本综述将以眼科患儿手术为出发点,以儿童围手术期Child Life模式和人性化护理模式为基础,探讨童趣化防护眼罩在眼科儿童手术中的应用效果,为提高术后防护效果提供方法。 With the development and innovation of science and technology, today’s children are more frequently exposed to electronic products, and children’s ophthalmic problems are gradually aggravated. The rate of pediatric ophthalmic surgery is also increasing year by year. Because children are younger, their understanding and acceptance are poor, and they lack correct understanding of the operation, they will inevitably experience anxiety, fear and other stress psychology during the perioperative period. At the same time, the perioperative eye discomfort, the unfamiliar environment, and the inconvenience of using the eye make the family members of children put forward higher requirements for nursing. Therefore, it is of great significance to strengthen the acceptance of children and reduce postoperative adverse psychological and adverse events to reduce postoperative complications and improve the prognosis. However, the postoperative protective eye masks used in the market and hospitals today are far from meeting the corresponding requirements. This review will take the surgery of children in ophthalmology as the starting point, and take the Child Life model and humanized nursing model of children’s perioperative period as the basis to explore the application effect of childlike protective eye masks in the ophthalmic children’s surgery, so as to provide methods for improving the postoperative protection effect.
