摘要
分肉之间是中国传统医学的解剖概念之一,来源于《黄帝内经》。本研究梳理了《黄帝内经》中涉及分肉之间的篇章,阐明了分肉之间与经筋病症有明显的相关性,分肉之间的解剖结构及分肉之间通行卫气对针刺治疗经筋病症具有指导意义。本文论述了在分肉之间概念指导下的不同针刺方法及临床疗效,以期为后续的临床针刺研究提供新的思路。Between musculus is one of the anatomical concepts in traditional Chinese medicine, which originates from Huangdi Neijing (Yellow Emperor’s Internal Classic). This study sorted out the chapters involving muscles in Huangdi Neijing (Yellow Emperor’s Internal Classic), and clarified that there is an obvious correlation between muscles and meridian tendon disorders. The anatomical structure between muscles and the passage of defensive qi between muscles have guiding significance for acupuncture treatment of meridian tendon disorders. This article discusses different acupuncture methods and clinical efficacy under the guidance of the concept of “between muscles”, in order to provide new ideas for subsequent clinical acupuncture research.
