漏板配电分流在玻纤降本增效中的应用

摘要 对风电市场进行了分析后,发现玻璃纤维中的风电产品因提产增效而存在的配电问题。本研究以F10生产线为分析样例,对漏板三级配电情况进行了详细梳理,并指出因提产导致的漏板配电超载问题。漏板配电超载将导致用电安全隐患,对提产增效形成制约。在综合考虑生产需求与安全运行的基础上,提出增设漏板配电柜以进行配电分流的有效解决措施,满足大漏板增设的配电需求,从而实现降本增效。 After analyzing the wind power market, it was found that wind power products in fiberglass have distribution problems due to increased production and efficiency. This study takes the F10 production line as an example to analyze the three-level distribution of leakage boards in detail, and points out the problem of overload of leakage board distribution caused by increased production. Overloading of leaky distribution boards will lead to safety hazards in electricity consumption, which will constrain production and efficiency improvement. On the basis of comprehensive consideration of production demand and safe operation, an effective solution is proposed to add a leakage board distribution cabinet for distribution diversion, to meet the distribution needs of adding large leakage boards and achieve cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
