摘要
本文对上海市人口老龄化主要影响因素进行分析,为研究上海老龄化的主要因子,采用灰色关联度模型研究了导致上海市老龄化的七种主要因素,研究结果显示,卫生技术人员、卫生机构在职人数量和人均生产总值是导致上海市老龄化的最主要因素。为此,在模型研究结论的基础上提出了积极加强专业技术能力、卫生机构科学合理分布、医疗服务产品创新化的指导意见。
This paper analyzes the main influencing factors of population aging in Shanghai. In order to study the main factors of Shanghai’s aging, the gray correlation model is used to study the seven main factors leading to Shanghai’s aging. The results show that health technicians, the number of jobs in health institutions, and per capita GDP are the most important factors leading to the aging of Shanghai. For this reason, on the basis of the conclusions of the model research, the guiding opinions on actively strengthening professional and technical capabilities, scientific and rational distribution of health institutions, and innovative medical service products are put forward.
