摘要
城市社区治理工作是社会治理的基础,同时也是实现社会管理的重要基础。公民参与社区治理是建设社会主义民主工程的坚实根基。从长远发展来看,我国城市社区治理仍然存在一些问题,主要表现为城市社区发展不均衡、社会公民参与度低等现象。从城市社区治理的角度看,公民作为城市社区治理的主体,可以有效地提高城市社区治理的效果。因此,完善现行城市社区治理的组织、制度、合作等,并通过制定相应的法律法规,明确居民治理主体地位,引导居民积极主动参与城市社区治理的创新改革是至关重要的。
Urban community governance is not only the foundation of social governance, but also the important foundation of social management. Citizen participation in community governance is a solid foundation for the construction of socialist democracy. In the long run, there are still some problems in China’s urban community governance, which are mainly manifested as unbalanced development of urban communities and low participation of social citizens. From the perspective of urban community governance, citizens, as the main body of urban community governance, can effectively improve the effect of urban community governance. Therefore, it is essential to improve the current organization, system and cooperation of urban community governance, and to clarify the subject status of residents’ governance through the formulation of corresponding laws and regulations, and guide residents to actively participate in the innovative reform of urban community governance.
