摘要
立足以“双导师制”为主流的专业学位研究生培养模式,总结评述导师带教能力评价的现状特别是存在的问题,进而构建一套包含“师德品质、教研能力、指导能力、协作能力”四个方面的“双导师制”模式下专业学位研究生导师带教能力评价指标体系,并对评价结果的使用进行建言献策,以期为“双导师制”模式下专业学位研究生导师队伍建设提供一定的参考。
Based on the training mode of professional degree graduate students with the “dual tutorial sys-tem” as the mainstream, this paper summarizes and comments on the evaluation of tutors’ teaching ability, especially the existing problems, and then constructs a set of evaluation index system of tutors’ teaching ability under the mode of “dual tutorial system” for professional degree postgraduates, which includes four aspects: teachers’ moral quality, teaching and research ability, guidance ability and cooperation ability, and makes suggestions on the use of evaluation results. It is expected to provide some reference for the construction of tutor team of professional degree postgraduates under the “dual tutorial system” mode.
