情景模式 + 案例分析在食品卫生学教学中的探索与实践

摘要 传统的一言堂填鸭式教学法,从培养具有扎实基础知识和掌握实际操作能力的卓越人才的角度来看,存在着不少问题。结合内蒙古农业大学“食品卫生学”课程的自身特点,文章提出案例分析 + 情景模式的探究式教学法及其具体应用。情景模拟 + 案例分析教学法能够培养创新型和实用型的人才,也能将书本理论知识转化为现实的工作能力。通过多层次渐进的探究式教学模式,使学生逐步从浅到深掌握课程的基本知识点;通过具有前沿性、基础性与交叉性等特点的探究式课题,培养学生的创新意识。情景模式 + 案例分析在食品卫生学教学中的应用能够大大提高教学效果,增强学生自主学习能力和应用能力,也为其他课程教学的整改提供了依据和理论指导。 Traditional pedagogical method presents many challenges in terms of cultivating talents with solid basic knowledge and good hands-on skills. Combining the characteristics of the course “Food Hygiene” at the Inner Mongolia Agricultural University, this paper proposes an inquiry-based pedagogy of case analysis + scene simulation teaching method and its specific application. Case analysis + scene simulation teaching method can cultivate innovative and practical talents, and can also transform book theoretical knowledge into realistic working ability. Through the multi-level progressive inquiry teaching mode, students gradually master the basic knowledge points of the course from shallow to deep;through the inquiry topics with cutting-edge, basic and cross-cutting, students are cultivated with innovative consciousness. The application of scenario mode + case study in the teaching of food hygiene can greatly improve the teaching effect, enhance students’ independent learning ability and application ability, and also provide the basis. It also provides the basis and theoretical guidance for the rectification of other course teaching.
