摘要
以某高速公路粗粒土路基填筑试验路为依托,研究探索超填宽度对路基大厚度压实质量的影响。在不同超填宽度下,路基各层压实度随距路基边缘距离增加,且不同深度处的土体压实度差异逐渐减小。随着超填宽度的增加,距路基边缘相同距离测点各层的压实度无显著变化。在考虑超填宽度时,要与所用压路机的振动轮轮宽、碾压时叠碾区域宽度相匹配。以采用工作质量36 t且碾轮宽2.3 m的压路机、叠碾半轮为例,建议超填宽度不宜低于50 cm。
Relying on a test road filled with coarse-grained soil subgrade of a certain expressway, the effect of overfill width on the compaction quality of subgrade with large thickness is studied and explored. Under different overfill widths, the degree of compaction of the subgrade increases with the distance from the edge of the subgrade, and the difference of the degree of soil compaction at different depths gradually decreases. With the increase of the overfill width, the degree of compaction of each layer at the same distance from the edge of the subgrade does not change significantly. When considering the overfill width, it should match the wheel width of the roller used and the width of the overlapping area during rolling. Taking a roller with a working mass of 36 t and a roller width of 2.3 m, as an example, it is recommended that the overfill width should not be less than 50 cm.
