摘要
采用对变异链球菌具有抑制作用的植物乳杆菌为原料制备漱口水,通过正交实验,确定最佳配比。通过人工体外菌斑模型,测定不同生长时期且不同处理后人工体外菌斑模型的pH值变化情况,对其防龋效果进行初步研究。结果显示,漱口水最佳配比为卡拉胶0.03 mg,阿斯巴甜0.2 mg,低聚果糖0.4 mg,甘油15 mL。成功建立了人工体外菌斑模型,随着体外菌斑在产酸液中培养时间的延长,产酸液中的pH呈现下降趋势;植物乳杆菌漱口水对生长48 h及96 h人工体外菌斑代谢产酸都有明显的抑制作用(P < 0.01)。由此可见,植物乳杆菌漱口水具备一定的防龋效果。
Mouthwash was produced using Lactiplantibacillus plantarum with an inhibitory effect on Streptococcus mutans. The optimal conditions were obtained by orthogonal experiments. Its anti-dental caries effect was investigated by measuring the pH values after different growth periods and different treatments using an artificial in vitro plaque model. The results showed that the optimal formulation was as follows: carrageenan 0.03 mg, aspartame 0.2 mg, fructooligosaccharides 0.4 mg, glycerin 15 mL. The in vitro plaque model was established successfully. By prolonging the cultivation time of in vitro plaque in an acid-producing solution, the pH values of the acid-producing solution reduced gradually. L. plantarum mouthwash had a significantly inhibitory effect on acid production by the artificial in vitro plaque at 48 and 96 hours of growth (P L. plantarum mouthwash possessed a remarkable anti-dental caries effect.
