摘要
磺酰脲类化合物作为除草剂和降糖药应用于市场已经广为人知,它具有很好的生物活性及较小的毒性,在应用方面有着很多的可能性。目前,人们对磺酰脲类化合物的研究日趋增多,本文就其理化性质、合成方法以及生物活性进行了综述。
It is well known that sulfonylurea compounds have been applied in the market as herbicides and hypoglycemic drugs. The sulfonylurea compounds have good biological activity and less toxicity, so they have a lot of possibilities in terms of application. The study of sulfonylurea compounds is increasing at present. In this paper, we summarized the physical and chemical properties, synthetic methods and biological activity of sulfonylurea compounds.
