摘要
在分析消音器发展现状基础上,提出一种改进设计方法。从有效排除蒸汽疏水和降低噪音污染的角度,对疏水消音器进行结构改进设计。包括壳体、消声管道、消声装置、疏水盘等结构上的优化改进。改进壳体结构,进一步提高消声能力。改进消音方式,采用逐层递减式的消音方式,降低噪音污染。改进噪声频率,降低噪音对人体的损伤。改进连接处结构,提升安全性。克服现有工业消音器消音能力差的问题,有效排除蒸汽疏水,降低噪音污染。
Based on the analysis of the development status of silencer, an improved design method is pro-posed. In order to effectively eliminate steam drainage and reduce noise pollution, the hydrophobic silencer is improved. Structural improvement includes optimization and improvement of shell, muffler pipe, muffler device, drain tray and other structures. The structure of shell is improved to further improve the ability of noise elimination. Improve the way of noise reduction, using the gradually decreasing noise reduction way, reduce noise pollution. Improve noise frequency to re-duce noise damage to human body. Improve the structure of the joint to enhance the safety. Over-come the problem of poor silencing ability of existing industrial silencers, effectively eliminate steam hydrophobic and reduce noise pollution.
