齿轮轴装配体的有限元摩擦接触分析

摘要 文章基于有限元分析法对啮合齿轮轴装配体进行摩擦接触的准静态力学分析。使用有限元理论的求解器进行范式应力的计算求解,同时基于轮齿接触相关理论及轮齿摩擦关系,探究常摩擦因数下的应力仿真结果及其对齿轮副的接触特性的影响;考虑到网格划分会影响分析结果的精度,探究不同网格大小对齿轮轴等效应力的影响。从得到的等效应力分布云图可以看出,齿轮最容易发生破坏的部位是在接触区域和相应的齿根处,且网格细化次数越多,应力分析结果越准确。 In this paper, the finite element method is used to analyze the quasi-static mechanics of the friction contact of the meshing gear shaft assembly. The solver of finite element theory is used to calculate the normal form stress, and the stress simulation results under constant friction factor and their effects on the contact characteristics of gear pairs are explored based on the relevant theory of gear tooth contact and the gear tooth friction relationship;Considering that mesh generation will affect the accuracy of the analysis results, we explore the influence of different mesh sizes on the gear shaft equivalent force. From the obtained equivalent stress distribution cloud diagram, it can be seen that the most vulnerable parts of the gear are in the contact area and the corresponding tooth root, and the more mesh refinement times, the more accurate the stress analysis results.
