多工况分析下汽车驱动桥壳轻量化设计

Lightweight Design of Automotive Drive Axle Housing under Multiple Operating Conditions Analysis

摘要 为了解决在汽车驱动桥壳的设计过程中满足刚度和强度要求的情况下,出现质量冗余的问题。通过静动态特性分析确定了驱动桥壳最大载荷下的工况,采用拉丁超立方体抽样法抽取样本点进行试验设计,根据试验设计结果构建响应面并得到目标函数的Kriging代理模型。在满足各项静动态性能指标的条件下,以桥壳的质量最小为优化目标,采用多目标优化算法对该代理模型进行寻优。优化后驱动桥壳质量减小了11.1%,并且各项静动态性能指标依然符合设计要求。 In order to solve the problem of mass redundancy in the design process of the automotive drive axle housing while meeting the requirements of stiffness and strength. The working condition under the maximum load of the drive axle housing was determined through static and dynamic characteris-tics analysis. The Latin hypercube sampling method was used to select sample points for the design of experiments. According to the results of the design of experiments, the response surface was constructed and the Kriging surrogate model of the objective function was obtained. Under the con-dition of satisfying various static and dynamic performance indexes, the multi-objective optimiza-tion algorithm is used to optimize the surrogate model with the minimum quality of the axle hous-ing as the optimization objective. After optimization, the mass of the drive axle housing has been reduced by 11.1%, and all static and dynamic performance indicators still meet the design re-quirements.
