翻转课堂联合案例教学在泌尿外科临床护理教学中的应用研究

摘要 目的:探讨翻转课堂联合案例教学在输尿管结石护理教学中的应用效果。方法:将2022年9月~2023年2月在本院泌尿外科实习的116名护理实习生作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和研究组。对照组采用传统教学模式,观察组采用翻转课堂联合案例教学的模式进行教学,对比两组教学方法的护理实习生考核成绩和教学效果。结果:观察组的考核成绩、护理实习生临床思维能力、沟通能力、自主学习能力、学习兴趣、学习效率均高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。结论:翻转课堂联合案例教学运用在泌尿外科护理教学中能有效提升学生考核成绩,提高教学效果,提高学生对教学的满意度,提高学生的学习兴趣,值得在临床教学中推广。 Objective: To explore the application effect of flipped classroom combined with case teaching in the teaching of ureteral stone nursing. Methods: 116 nursing interns who were interned in the Department of Urology in our hospital from September 2022 to February 2023 were randomly divided into the control group and the study group as the research subjects. The control group used the traditional teaching mode, and the observation group used the mode of flipped classroom combined with case teaching to teach, and compared the assessment scores of nursing interns and teaching effects of the two groups’ teaching methods. Results: The assessment scores, nursing interns’ clinical thinking ability, communication ability, independent learning ability, learning interest, and learning efficiency of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: The use of flipped classroom combined with case teaching in urology nursing teaching can effectively improve students’ assessment results, improve teaching effect, increase students’ satisfaction with teaching, and improve students’ interest in learning, which is worthy of promotion in clinical teaching.
