摘要
大肠癌是一种常见的消化系统恶性肿瘤,在香港社会中,大肠癌为最常见之癌症。2016年,在香港新确诊癌症病例中有17.3%均为大肠癌,而且,发病率和死亡率有逐年上升的趋势。近年来,随着医疗科学技术的发展,大肠癌的中医药外治法受到关注。外治法优点在于避开手术及放疗化疗,是一种安全、有效、快捷、易操作又经济的新疗法。本文论述近年有关使用中医外治法治疗大肠癌之研究进展,包括中药灌肠、中药外敷、针灸及耳穴。
Colorectal cancer is a common malignant tumor of the digestive system. In Hong Kong, colorectal cancer is the most common cancer. In 2016, 17.3% of newly diagnosed cancer cases in Hong Kong were colorectal cancer, and morbidity and mortality tended to increase year by year. In recent years, with the development of medical science and technology, the Chinese medicine treatment of colorectal cancer has attracted attention. The advantage of external treatment is that it avoids surgery and radiotherapy and chemotherapy. It is a new therapy method with safety, effective, fast, easy to operate and economical features. This article discusses the recent research progress on the treatment of colorectal cancer with external treatment of Chinese medicine including enema, external sticking, acupuncture and auricular point stimulation.
