摘要
经络理论是传统中医基础理论的重要组成部分,历来是一个研究热点。本文从经络的生理学基础和物理特性研究的角度,回顾了相关的研究进展。经络的生理学基础方面,主要关注了经络的特定解剖学研究、筋膜学说、神经组织学说、组织液传输学说、循经感传研究等。经络的物理学特性方面,主要覆盖了经络的电学、热学、声学、流体传输等特性。在此基础上,总结了经络研究的现状和未来努力方向。
Meridian theory is an important part of the traditional TCM theory, and has always been an active area of research. This paper reviews the meridian related research from the aspects of its physiological foundation and physical characteristics. For the physiological foundation of the meridians, the review mainly covers the research on the specific anatomical structure of the meridians, the fascia theory, the neural transmission theory, the interstitial fluid transmission theory, the study of sensory transmission, etc. About the physical characteristics of the meridians, this paper reviews the electrical, thermal and acoustics properties, the fluid transmission phenomenon, and other response characteristics of the meridians. Finally, the concurrent development and the direction for future effort of the meridian research are summarized.
