摘要
随着现代生活水平及经济的发展,大肠息肉的发生率呈现逐步上升趋势。积极治疗结肠息肉,可降低结肠癌的发病率。结肠息肉的西医治疗主要是内镜下治疗,此方法存在出血、穿孔等并发症,且有一定的复发率,需要定期复查肠镜,给患者带来身体上的痛苦及经济上的负担。相关文献表明,中医中药在大肠息肉的治疗及预防复发方面有一定的独特之处,现从结肠息肉的病因、病机、辨证分型、中医内治及外治等方面作一综述。
With the development of modern living standard and economy, the incidence of colorectal polyps is increasing gradually. Active treatment of colon polyps can reduce the incidence of colon cancer. The western medicine treatment of colon polyp is mainly under the endoscope;this method has the complication such as bleeding, perforation and so on, and has the certain recurrence rate, needs to reexamine the COLONOSCOPE regularly, bringing physical pain and economic burden to patients. This article reviews the etiology, pathogenesis, syndrome differentiation, internal treatment and external treatment of Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) in the treatment and prevention of recrudescence of colorectal polyps.
