摘要
为了使学生更好地掌握半导体物理的基本内容,针对半导体物理教学中的问题,结合我校实际情况,本文分别对教学内容、教学方法、实验教学和考核方式四方面进行教学改革探究。以提升了学生学习的兴趣并培养学生工程实践能力。
In order to make students to better grasp the basic content of semiconductor physics, aiming at the problems in the teaching of semiconductor physics, combined with the actual situation of our school, this paper carried out teaching reform in four aspects of teaching content, teaching method, ex-perimental teaching and examination mode. Enhance students’ interest in learning and cultivate students’ engineering practice ability.
